It depends on what you want to see! If you want to stop physical pain from energetic or spiritual attacks, recover your energy, or understand better what is happening to you, that can happen very quickly, sometimes immediately! many people listen to or say the prayer daily and watch their perspective and circumstances begin to change.

Not necessarily. Just by agreeing to receive the prayer either by listening to it or stating it, you are consenting to receive the restoration and the benefit of the prayer, even if your conscious mind thinks it’s all nonsense. There are many things that can harm you without you believing them. so let’s use that capacity for good this time!

Prayer and energy work is always connected to you as a person. You are reciting the words, and your connection with God comes first. That means that the prayer is said in YOUR connection with God.

Because I work with people from many faiths, and with those who have experienced severe religious trauma, all my prayers are tailored with modification believers in Christ, other faiths, or those who avoid religion entirely. That being said, my practice is God centered, so it may not be for atheists (unless you’re curious to see it what happens when you pray)!

All the prayers are written with modification and inserts for believers in Christ that can be taken out if you are not comfortable with that, either because you’re not Christian or have religious trauma around Christ. I encourage you to take these prayers and use them in the way that YOU see fit, and give you all the tools you need to modify them if you need to.

I know many Christians are uncomfortable with doing energy work, but this is fundamentally no different than rebuking things in the name of Christ, you are just using your visualization as well as your word. If you prefer a passive approach, just praying to Christ and waiting to see if you are saved while you are still suffering daily, this guide may not be for you. Most of the people who come to me have already tried that, and understand that God wants them to work towards their own mastery and freedom.

The free prayer is written so that you may or may not address Christ in the prayer, but we will be addressing God using the term fathermother God (to distinguish from the many malevolent patriarchal spirits that pose as God). You can modify this if you wish, and i include many explanations and background to help you modify the prayer in a way that feels right for you but that it still centers God, avoids distortions, and remains effective.
